Our Flat Fee listing program is designed for the value-conscious homeowner. Since most listings sell through the Multiple Listing Service, listing on the MLS allows all buyers to see your home without paying a listing commission. This is a great option for "For Sale By Owners" who are looking for MLS exposure at a minimal price.

 

Flat Fee Guarantee:  If you choose a Flat Fee package and later decide to upgrade to a Full Service, your Flat Fee will be credited to you at closing.
